Who are we?
We are a company with more than 30 years, leading the fashion market for ladies. We have more than 100 stores worldwide.
Job Objective:
Responsible for helping the customer with the purchase of merchandise, generating sales and guaranteeing quality service.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure excellent customer service.
2. Demonstrate and explain the merchandise selecting and suggesting options appropriate to the customer's needs.
3. Interact with the customer in such a way that they can understand their needs and preferences related to the merchandise.
4. Have extensive knowledge of the products, sales promotions and constantly offer on the sales floor.
5. Open the store at the time assigned by the Manager.
6. In case of closing the store, prepare the store for the next day, leaving it collected and clean.
7. Efficiently complete all sales transactions that are made at the cash register.
8. Keep the necessary cash in the cash register.
9. Receive merchandise, process it and display in on the sales floor, according to the instructions of the Manager.
10. Replenish merchandise when necessary.
11. Comply with company policies, procedures, employee manual and safety rules.
12. Any other task that may be assigned or required by the Store Manager.
Work experience:
- Minimum experience in customer service and retail sales is preferred.
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skill.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Ability to quickly operate or learn the store's POS system.
- Loyalty and commitment to the position and the company.
- High sense of integrity and honesty.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
