What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Specialist position at Bexar Central Appraisal District?
The Bexar Central Appraisal District is seeking a Project Specialist to assist our Absolute Exemption Coordinator in reviewing, analyzing, classifying, and processing absolute exemption applications and related documentation in accordance with applicable laws.
Duties include researching deeds, ownership records and other supporting documentation to determine eligibility for exemption programs and ensure accurate administration, and provide assistance to property owners, agents, taxing entities, and District staff in person, by telephone, email or written correspondence.
Qualified candidates must have four years of progressively responsible administrative, customer service, property tax, legal support, appraisal district, or related experience.
Starting salary: $44,613
