Bevvy is Mobile's dirty beverage brand, handcrafted drinks made with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a whole lot of personality. We're based downtown at Collective Eatery on Dauphin Street and we're growing fast across the Gulf Coast.
We're building a part-time team of people who want to be part of something fun, show up with great energy, and deliver an experience that people genuinely talk about. This is not a "clock in and stare at the register" job. We want people who are excited to be here.
What the job looks like:
Your home base is The Insider, our permanent kiosk at Collective Eatery in downtown Mobile. You'll work 10 to 20 hours per week crafting Bevvy's signature dirty beverages, engaging with customers, and keeping your station clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
As you get comfortable, there are additional opportunities to work events and private catering through our mobile trailer and Bevvy Bar format. These shifts tend to be high energy, high visibility, and high tip. If you're interested in that side of the business, there's plenty of opportunity.
Who we're looking for:
You are outgoing, warm, and naturally good with people. You move fast without losing your cool. You hold yourself to a high standard without being told to. You might be a student, a parent with a few free hours, or someone who simply wants a fun part-time gig that fits around your life. Whatever your situation, if you show up with great energy and a great attitude, we want to meet you.
You must be at least 16 years old. Prior food or beverage experience is a plus but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be comfortable on your feet during shifts.
You should also be comfortable appearing in social media content occasionally. Bevvy has an active presence online and our team is part of that story.
What we're offering:
$10 per hour plus tips. Our team earns meaningful tip income on top of their base pay, particularly at events and on the trailer. Hours are flexible and designed to work around your schedule. Free Bevvy drinks on every shift, branded uniforms provided, and paid training.
