What You’ll Do:
- Operate and support machines like lasers, roll formers, grinding and other forming equipment
- Work with your hands to inspect, measure, and ensure part quality
- Follow job instructions and complete simple production paperwork
- Pitch in as part of a team that takes pride in doing great work
- Learn and grow — we love to train people to help them attain their goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude – if you’ve ever fixed a lawnmower or built something from scratch, you’re our kind of person
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–30 lbs occasionally
- Bonus: Welding or sheet metal experience (not required)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
- Physical: Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis
