Position Overview
We are hiring for multiple roles within our production team, including:
- General Auxiliary Team Members
- Roll Form Operators
- Laser Operators
- Other Machine Operators

Primary Responsibilities
- Work safely with tools, equipment, and materials
- Ensure quality parts are produced by monitoring coil quality, weld quality, and cut quality
- Follow work instructions and production requirements
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow
- Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor
Work Schedule
Full-time, second-shift position
Beverlin operates a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday), with 2nd shift 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Option overtime is available on Fridays (based on customer needs).

What You Bring
Required:
- Strong focus on safety—for yourself and your teammates
- Commitment to quality and a “next operator as customer” mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis
Preferred but not required:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers, ring/plug/GNG, pi tape, tape measure, linear gauge)
- Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
