Bar Manager (Auburn)

The Event Manager (Bar Operations) is responsible for managing all bar operations at a designated venue. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented leader who can oversee staff, ensure compliance, and deliver efficient, high-quality bar service that meets client and guest expectations.

• Manage all aspects of bar operations at the assigned venue, including staffing and service execution


• Ensure bars are properly stocked, prepared, and set up for each event


• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed


• Implement inventory tracking processes to reduce waste and prevent loss


• Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile sales accurately


• Prepare sales reports and support basic budgeting efforts

• Ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol service laws and regulations


• Enforce company policies, health standards, and safety procedures


• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment at all times

• Engage with clients to understand event needs and service expectations


• Address guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally


• Collaborate with event coordinators to align bar service with event goals


• Participate in planning meetings as needed

• Support additional events when not scheduled at the primary venue


• Adapt to varying event types, locations, and service requirements

• Uphold company standards for service, professionalism, and execution


• Ensure team members follow proper procedures and expectations


• Promote accountability, organization, and attention to detail

• 3 years of experience in bar management, event management, or hospitality


• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent customer service and communication abilities


• Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools


• Knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and mixology


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

$15 per hour tips and gratuity
