The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, distribution, and brand presence within an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring company brands are consistently represented at the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys being in the field, owning their territory, and making a direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts
- Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands
- Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls
- Service the account on every visit – to include merchandising
- Lead, schedule and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolio
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals
- Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions
- Ensure product is in code, saleable, and properly merchandised
- Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays
- Monitor competitive activity and report market insights
- Support promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain company equipment and property in clean, working condition Follow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle and insurance
- Minimum of two years of successful sales and/or customer service experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior sales experience in a related industry
Additional Details:
- Field-based role with daily travel to customer accounts
- Indoor and outdoor working environments
- Office tasks completed primarily at customer locations Use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Physical Requirements:
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, and bending
- Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs Frequent driving and data entry
