Production Assembler

Production Assembler's are responsible for performing entry level duties necessary for the assembly of coolers or sub-assemblies and final production line duties. Production Assembler's contributes to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility in the following areas:

• Safety
  • Must be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Ability to cross conveyor line
  • Identifies safety hazards
  • Reports any safety concerns
  • Must be able to left 5-50lbs as part of the job function
• Quality
  • Verifies quality on a continuing basis
  • Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and /or quality
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels
• Productivity
  • Use of hand tools adn portable power tools
  • Ise of standard measuring instruments, jigs, fixtures, and simple gauges
  • Cleaning and crating of units
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Interact professionally with other employees
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees

Shift is Monday thru Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (10hrs), with Friday overtime when needed. (Overtime hours depend on demand)
