Job requirements - 8-430 Monday thru Friday - greet and assist clients and employees professionally
Manage incoming calls from a four line phone system and take correspondence from calls and managers
Perform general admin tasks, includes data entry, filing and some scheduling
Maintain a tidy office and reception area to include minor restroom cleaning for front office only
Support the day to day operations of the office and its management

Helpful knowledge but not required - Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel, QuickBooks Desktop or Online, Social Media Posting -
