Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for a full-time, on-site role at our Lugoff, SC office. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing individual client needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include selling various insurance products, managing client accounts, processing requests, responding to inquiries, and delivering exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends and policy changes, and collaborating effectively with the agency team to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance and risk management principles
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively meet client needs and maintain satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- A current insurance license is required
- Experience in a sales or client-facing role is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technological tools is a plus
