Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BDC (Business Development Center) Manager located in Fort Pierce, FL. The BDC Manager will oversee and lead the business development team, ensuring outstanding customer service and engagement. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, improving customer retention strategies, training team members in communication and customer service skills, and implementing initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics and ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong knowledge or expertise in Customer Retention strategies
- Ability to lead a team and foster collaborative work environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other business development tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred
