Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed sales goals.
- Work directly with customers to help close deals and overcome objections.
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize profitability while ensuring compliance.
- Coach and train the sales team on product knowledge, sales process, closing techniques, and customer experience.
- Monitor daily sales activities and hold the team accountable to performance expectations.
- Partner with the Finance Department to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
- Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal requirements are followed.
