Independent insurance agency is seeking an energetic and motivated individual willing to obtain industry experience while working in a customer support role.
This is a full time position for a motivated self-starter that has the willingness to learn new skills and information.
Prior office experience a must.

Initial Tasks Will Include
- Providing clerical and administrative support to staff
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Making bank deposits
- Filing insurance claims
- Checking the accuracy of new and renewal insurance policies
- Assisting customers with general questions
Skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time wisely, adjusting priorities as circumstances dictate
- Strong computer skills a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
