The HUD Housing Case Manager is primarily responsible for assisting individuals and families determine eligibility for and access permanent supported housing or rapid rehousing programs through HUD. The housing case manager will work a flexible schedule to provide mobile services in the community related to accessing and maintaining housing. The housing case manager must possess strong written and verbal communication  skills. Responsible for developing strong relationships with landlords, other agencies, and other WTHN partners. Must possess strong organizational and documentation skills.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, social work strongly preferred OR Bachelor's of Social Work  required

• Must be eligible to be certified as a QMHP

• Minimum of one year working with individuals experiencing homelessness

• Must be an insurable driver through the employer. Driving is an essential function and employees must maintain an acceptable driving record/insurability while employed.  

• Require strong computer and internet research skills. 

• Requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a maximum level of confidentiality, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of partners.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, flexible.

This is a Full-Time position. Benefits are available.

Will be eligible for a one- and two-year increase, depending on satisfactory performance.

Salary : $20 - $22
