About the Role

As a Betting Hero Sales Ambassador, you will be joining one of the leading gaming customer acquisition teams in the country representing premier sports betting, prediction market and iGaming brands in exciting, high-energy environments including sports bars, casinos, and live events.

We're actively hiring and looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to make an impact from day one. This is a people-first role where you'll connect with customers, introduce them to industry-leading platforms, and help guide them through the onboarding experience.

Pay & Perks

• $20/hour uncapped commission
• Top performers regularly earn $50–$70 /hour including commissions, often generating full-time incomes while working part-time hours

What You'll Do

• Represent premier prediction market operators (i.e. Polymarket, Kalshi, OG etc) at bars and special events/entertainment venues
• Proactively engage new customers and create meaningful conversations
• Educate guests on prediction markets and apps in a simple, engaging way
• Assist users with app downloads, account registration, and placing their first prediction (trade)
• Promote special offers to drive new customer acquisition
• Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere that enhances the customer experience
• Consistently strive to exceed performance goals and deliver best-in-class results

• Previous brand ambassador, promotional marketing, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Experience with prediction markets is NOT required - training will be provided
