About the role
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced Recruitment team. We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and organized individual to help us identify and attract top talent for both technical and non-technical roles within our organization.
This role is based out of our NYC office. The contract duration and other details will be discussed during the interview process. Below we've reflected the compensation range we would offer for this position. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance.
- New York City: $50-$60 per hour
A day in the life
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
- Continuously partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, with experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment for all levels.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques.
- Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with both candidates and hiring
