Job Description:
A dedicated and motivated individual to join our production team as a Production Associate. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced production staff to ensure the efficient and timely completion of manufacturing tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
Shift: Days
- Assist with various tasks on the production line, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and quality control.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment under the supervision of trained personnel.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the team lead.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to production processes.
- Escalate safety & quality Incidents to Quality Assurance or Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated excellent teamwork
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with others at all levels in the organization.
Physical Requirements:
This position is classified as Medium in physical demand.
