Videographer

Description

At BetterBody Foods, we’re a fast-growing, innovative company with nationally recognized brands and a passion for creating better-for-you products. We’re looking for a talented Videographer to create engaging, high-quality video content that brings our brands and products to life across social media, eCommerce, digital advertising, marketing campaigns, and other brand initiatives.

In this role, you’ll manage video projects from production through final edit, working in both studio and on-location environments. 

You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to turn ideas into compelling visual content while maintaining a consistent look and feel across our brands.

As an integral member of the Creative team, you’ll report to the Visual Content Manager and work closely with our Culinary Content Coordinator, including regular work in our in-studio commercial kitchen.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Produce clean, thoughtful content that maintains a consistent look and feel across all deliverables. 
• Transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including cameras, audio and lighting equipment, and props for studio and on-location productions. 
• Edit footage and maintain organized assets within the creative DAM system. Editing may include graphics, closed captioning, special effects, color grading, audio editing, and other post-production work. 
• Own and execute the video production process, collaborating on creative direction and artistic inspiration and working with managers and the Creative Director to accurately and creatively communicate key messaging. 
• Deliver production-ready files and maintain organized final assets. 
• Follow established brand guidelines while continually elevating the visual aesthetic and overall experience across BetterBody Foods, PBfit, Oatsome, Plant Junkie, and Clean Crumbs.
   

Who You Are

• You have at least 2 years of experience in videography or a related field and a portfolio or reel that showcases your work. 
• You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team that values professional and creative growth. 
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work. 
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Need to Have

• A portfolio or reel demonstrating video production and editing skills. 
• Working knowledge of professional video-editing software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro. 
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Lightroom. 
• Experience editing video content for multiple digital and social media platforms. 
• Understanding of color correction, audio editing, file formats, aspect ratios, and video export settings. 
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• A passion for food, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to work within established brand guidelines. 
• Experience with food photography or videography. 
• Experience with Capture One. 
• Motion graphics skills, including After Effects. 
• Familiarity with the Sony camera ecosystem. 
• Ability and willingness to occasionally travel for off-site shoots, company events, or other productions.
