JOB SUMMARY
The QA Manager leads the Quality team in ensuring that the company’s products are consistent, compliant and that quality standards are met by overseeing testing, GMP, company SOPs and regulatory adherence across all stages of production.
Essential Job Duties:
· Lead and develop Quality team
· Help develop and track KPIs and performance metrics
· Ensure processes meet regulatory, industry and internal standards
· Oversee QC processes and 3rd party laboratory submissions
· Manage HACCP and pre-requisite programs
· Manage Production Quality Technicians
· Monitor deviation, CAPA and Continuous Improvement activities
· Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Food Science or related field
- Technical writing and computer skills (Microsoft office suite, ERP software)
- HACCP Certification
- Highly attentive to details
- Self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in directly related field
- 3 years experience in a GFSI-certified environment
- Strong understanding of certifications (Non-GMO, Gluten-free, Organic, Kosher)
- Experience with SQF or similar audit procedures
This shift is Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm on-site 5 days a week .
