Join our team as a 1099 Independent Window Cleaning Contractor and help deliver exceptional window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing streak-free, professional results while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Working at heights on a ladder is an essential part of this position. Contractors must be comfortable and capable of safely performing work from ladders, aerial lifts, and other approved access equipment. Experience working at elevation is strongly preferred, and all work must be performed using proper fall protection and safe work practices.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning to deliver streak-free, professional results.
- Clean storefront windows, office buildings, homes, skylights, glass railings, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Utilize traditional window cleaning methods, water-fed pole systems, squeegees, scrubbers, and other professional equipment.
- Safely operate ladders, extension ladders, aerial lifts, and other approved access equipment to reach elevated work areas.
- Perform work safely at heights while following OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Remove dirt, debris, hard water stains, and other contaminants from glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools remain in safe working condition.
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Represent the company professionally at every job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial window cleaning preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, aerial lifts, and other access equipment.
- Experience with rope access is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of professional window cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of ladder safety, fall protection, PPE, and safe work practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Independent Contractor Requirements
