Join a Team That Believes Families Heal Together

Better Together Family Services
Albuquerque, NM Full Time
POSTED ON 7/24/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/20/2026

Overview

Join a family-run, mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to helping New Mexico children and families heal.

At Better Together Family Services, we believe every family deserves the oppertunity to heal, and to be advocated for. Our trauma-informed team works alongside children, caregivers, and families to address trauma, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and mental health challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care.

We aren't a group of clinicians working in isolation—we are a collaborative team. Our therapists partner closely with Family Peer Support Workers and fellow clinicians, bringing together lived experience, clinical expertise, and a shared commitment to strengthening families.

We believe every clinician has unique gifts. Whether your passion is trauma treatment, family therapy, EMDR, Sand Tray, ISF, or another specialty, we'll support you in developing the practice you love.

As a growing nonprofit, we're actively building our clinical program. While a full caseload is not guaranteed immediately, we are committed to helping clinicians build a thriving practice through community referrals, marketing, and collaborative outreach. Clinicians with an existing caseload are welcome to transition appropriate clients.

We offer:

  • Free clinical supervision toward independent licensure
  • A four-day work week (Fridays off)
  • Flexible hybrid scheduling with both in-office and telehealth services
  • Administrative and billing support
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture where your voice matters
  • Opportunities to grow professionally while making a lasting impact on New Mexico families

If you're looking for more than just another therapy job—and want to be part of a team that truly believes families heal together—we'd love to meet you.
