You'll work directly with prospects — from executives to high-net-worth individuals and business owners — to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that help them optimize their tax outcomes and financial plans.You’ll also play a role in building Gelt’s online presence by helping create and shareeducational content (such as LinkedIn posts, client success stories, and thought leadership) that positions Gelt as the go-to partner for tax and financial strategies.You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Tax Advisory teams to create a seamless and outstanding client experience from first contact through onboarding.Responsibilities● Prospect, qualify, and close new client opportunities through inbound leads andtargeted outbound efforts.● Own the full sales cycle: from initial discovery and needs assessment to solutionpresentation, proposal, and close.● Consult with prospects to understand their financial and tax goals, articulating how Gelt’s services and solutions can help achieve them.● Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent pipeline hygiene.● Collaborate cross-functionally with the advisory tax team, Customer Success, andMarketing team to align on client needs and optimize the handoff process.● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client personas, and Gelt’s evolving serviceofferings to deliver high-impact, value-driven conversations.● Champion the Gelt brand, embodying our mission of proactive, trustworthy, andinsightful financial service.Requirements● Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
