DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quotations for electrical switchgear and components (Switchboards, Panels, Transformers etc.)
- Primarily responsible for working with the sales team and customers to deliver accurate and timely quotations for switchgear sales opportunities
- Review construction documents, coordinating with both our sales team and the Manufacturer Sales Teams, utilizing manufacturer provided software and ultimately delivering quotations to the sales team
- Communicate with customers, vendors and internally, both verbal & through email to troubleshoot any questions
- Facilitate meetings between appropriate reps and customers
- Develop BOMs using manufactures' software based on plans and specifications provided by the customer and for the development of new accounts for the department by working with departments' vendor partners
- Process information for customers and vendors in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, vendors, regional branches and the outside sales team
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of switchgear quotations and/or project management experience (preferably working at an electrical supplier)
- Familiarity with ABB (previously GE) and Siemens lines preferred but not required
- Bachelors of Electrical Engineering or closely related field highly preferred but not required.
- Dedicated home work space with a door that closes and from which you can work quietly without interruptions.

- Base pay ranging from $75,000 - $110,000. Eligible for OT and bonus compensation of 10-20%.
