As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle – from nurturing qualified leads to closing deals and managing client relationships. As a key driver of revenue, the Account Executive works cross-functionally to develop customized funding solutions for clients in the business-to-business (B2B) and alternative financing space. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, consultative seller, and relationship-builder with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Our Account Executives can expect annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, with a clear and accelerated path to Senior Account Executive roles, where top performers earn $250,000 annually. The Account Executive position is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location.

As a Business Development Representative you will:

  • Manage and convert a pipeline of qualified leads (inbound and outbound) into funded deals
  • Conduct discovery calls and consultations to understand client needs, pain points, and funding objectives
  • Develop and present tailored financing solutions aligned with client goals
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: proposal, negotiation, submission, and close
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with underwriting, funding, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Track all sales activities, opportunities, and account updates in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue goals, close rates, and other key performance metrics
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and changes in product offerings or guidelines

  • 3 years of industry experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

This is a full-time, in-office, non-exempt role based in Irvine, starting at $16.50/hour with performance-based commissions. On-target earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, with top Senior Account Executives earning $250,000 . Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
