Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30am – 4:00pm
- In-office position
- Leesburg, FL
In person. No remote options. We believe performance and culture are built in person.
Compensation Structure
We believe in clear advancement and measurable growth.
Hourly Pay Progression
- $18/hr – Training phase (not contracted)
- $20/hr – Once licensed, fully contracted, and Ready-To-Sell (RTS) with all carriers
- $22/hr – After first 50 net paid sales
- $24/hr – After first 200 net paid sales
(Net sales = active applications the company has been paid on.)

Growth-Based Annual Bonus
Based on net paid and active applications (Oct 1 – Oct 1).
Top performers earn:
- $5,000 – $25,000 annually
- 500 paid & active apps = $25,000 bonus
This rewards consistent production and quality business.
Renewal-Based Hourly Increases
We reward quality business and client retention.
Agents with strong renewal performance can earn up to:
- $30/hr ongoing base

Licensing Requirement
You do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply.
However:
- All sales agents must obtain a Florida 2-40 license prior to their start date.
- After being offered the position, there is typically a two-week period before your official start date due to HR processing.
- Candidates may use this time to complete licensing if not already licensed.
- We provide clear instructions on how to complete the process.
- Typical total cost is approximately $150.
- We reimburse the full licensing cost in your first paycheck (receipts required).
