What You’ll Do:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Administer medications according to certification and state guidelines
- Supporting residents with mobility, grooming, toileting, and meal setup
- Performing light housekeeping and helping maintain a clean environment
- Offering companionship and assisting in social activities
- Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes to leadership
- Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Must be 18 years or older
- CMA certificate (preferred)
- Medication Aide or Med Manager certification (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in working in senior care, long-term care, and/or healthcare (required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Respect for confidentiality and resident rights
- Knowledge of infection control and safe cleaning practices
- Alertness to safety hazards and willingness to act quickly
