Scheduling & Case Coordination Responsibilities
- Manage employee schedules, staffing assignments, and shift coverage.
- Coordinate schedule changes, call-offs, and client staffing needs.
- Review and verify timesheets for payroll accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and scheduling compliance.
- Communicate with clients, families, and staff regarding schedules and assignments.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, attendance, and case coordination records.
- Send reminders for timesheets, trainings, and certifications.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and support daily case management operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
