Delivery Driver / Pharmacy Assistant (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Better Life Pharmacy is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented team member to join our pharmacy. This role combines delivery, patient communication, and in-pharmacy support. We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, and professional, and who takes initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescriptions to patients in Hudson County and surrounding areas (Secaucus, Ridgefield, Cliffside Park, Fort Lee)
• Ensure all deliveries are GPS tracked
• Handle cash and copay collections accurately
• Obtain required signatures upon delivery
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients
• Encourage patients to leave Google reviews
• Build relationships with patients and help generate new prescription transfers
• Assist inside the pharmacy during downtime (cleaning, stocking, light marketing)

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must follow instructions and pharmacy protocols strictly
• Must be proactive, fast, and efficient

Compensation:

• $21–$22/hour (based on experience)
• $100 bonus for each new patient transfer
• $50 bonus for each 10 Google review collected

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
