We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Outreach & Business Development Representative to help grow our business through community engagement and relationship building.
In this field-based role, you will represent our company throughout the community by developing referral relationships, attending local events, and introducing our services to healthcare professionals, community organizations, seniors, and families. If you enjoy meeting people, networking, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, adult day care centers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
- Distribute brochures and marketing materials in approved locations.
- Attend health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- Identify new referral sources and business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective partners and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Track outreach activities and contacts using company systems or CRM.
- Collaborate with management to develop outreach strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Ability to work independently and manage a local territory.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Experience in community outreach, marketing, healthcare, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
