What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk 4 days/wk position at Better Life Family Dentistry in Bristow?
We are seeking a Full Time experienced Dental Treatment/Insurance coordinator (4days/wk)
In the aspects of skill level, we prefer someone who is experienced in dental practice software, vast knowledge working with dental insurances, presenting treatment plan and financials. You are the first person to interact with our patients whether in person or on the phone, so having a presentable smile and a pleasant phone skill is also very important.
We are looking for individuals with certain characteristics such as:
· impeccable customer service oriented mind with an ability to remain cheerful and upbeat despite stressful scenarios
. vast insurance knowledge and fast learner. We prefer someone who already has experience and who can learn our system quickly.
. detail oriented, organized, and someone who can blend in with minimal training.
· being able to communicate problems in a constructive way to find solutions
· open to new ways and ideas rather than being stuck in your comfort zone
· sharing our value of treating patients and team members with dignity and respect
· being able to bring positive energy and attitude so that we can work together to get through even a toughest day (you know how it is)
Some details:
· Starting $26 / hour (depending on your level of experience)
· 4 days per week
· 2 years of experience as treatment and insurance coordinator preferred
