Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cabinet Site Measure and Punch Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring on-site, ensuring precise fit. Your expertise will help streamline the installation process, minimize errors, and uphold our commitment to excellence in remodeling / new construction cabinetry projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with various construction disciplines, utilizing your technical skills to deliver exceptional results.
Vehicle and tools provided.
Duties/Qualifications:
- Review and interpret kitchen & bath cabinet layouts as well as architectural blueprints.
- Precisely measure and mark cabinets, appliances, plumbing locations on floors for proper rough in to follow cabinet design.
- Collaborate with project managers, customers on site as needed to correct errors as needed.
- Perform at a high skill level cabinet installation, repair and touch up as needed.
- Document site conditions through photographs, detailed measurements and communication.
- Assist with fabrication measurements and preparation for custom cabinetry or fixture installations as needed.Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management, site inspection, or cabinetry installation with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Electrical experience including schematic interpretation is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues early and communicate solutions effectively.
- Valid Drivers license and responsible good driving record
