We’re seeking a Listings Operations Specialist to own the journey from signed agreement to successful close for our new Listings Leads Team. You’ll be the trusted partner relied on to ensure every detail is handled with accuracy, care, and impeccable communication.

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
You’ll manage listings from contract to close with precision and poise. You’ll coordinate vendors, meet critical deadlines, and keep every party informed, so our advisors can focus on clients and results
LISTING LAUNCH AND COMPLIANCE
You’ll enter and manage listing data into the MLS with accuracy, ensure all disclosures and documents are complete, and keep every file compliant with brokerage and state regulations
ADVISOR AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE
You’ll be a proactive, solutions oriented partner anticipating needs and delivering a seamless concierge experience for every client
SYSTEMS AND IMPROVEMENT
Using leading-edge tools (Dotloop, OTC, Google Suite, and more), you’ll stay organized, improve processes, and help our team scale with consistency
what we’re looking for...
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and a calm, solutions-first mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-first approach
• 2 years experience with real estate transactions, titles, escrow, or high volume operations
• Comfort with technology and a desire to learn our systems and workflows
• A self-starter who takes initiative, asks relevant questions, and follows through
• Real Estate License required
