The Local Support Lead is a truly pivotal role within our company. This position involves being in the office daily to assist agents, staff, clients, and visitors.
The most important aspect of this role is providing support to our real estate agent population. This will be done through various aspects of the role including, but not limited to, knowledge of company systems and platforms, training agents in groups and one-on-one, onboarding agents, and being a resource and problem-solver while working with the leadership throughout the company.
This person is a power user of all company systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of company platforms and systems and how they work with current company recommended marketing strategies.
- Assist agents with implementation of company strategies using our provided platforms.
- Act as a resource to help agents make the most of company offerings.
- Attend all appropriate company meetings to maintain awareness of company and industry changes.
The Local Support Lead will use their extensive knowledge of company platforms and systems to train new and experienced agents both in group and one-on-one settings.
- Conduct regular training on Gary Greene technology and systems using a central curriculum.
- Provide one-on-one training to new and experienced agents on Gary Greene platforms.
- Review agents’ online presence throughout internal and external platforms.
- Meet with agents to ensure the execution of business plans developed with agents by branch managers and company coaches.
- Utilize the Salesforce database to track agent needs and assistance provided to agents.
- The Local Support Lead is responsible for onboarding new agents. Once the agent is enrolled, the Local Support Lead will be their point of contact and support them in their production efforts.
- Familiarize agents with all Gary Greene platforms and processes.
- Work with the marketing team and enrollment team to ensure that all new agent logins and assets are in place.
- CRM set up - Assist agents with locating their contacts and loading the contacts into the company provided CRM (customer relationship management).
- Office equipment - Set up access for agents and assist them with the use of office equipment (scanner, printer, etc.).
This role will interact with the central marketing team and with agents directly to accomplish marketing goals for individuals and the office.
- Assist agents with submitting tickets to the marketing department for custom materials and placing orders for self-serve templated materials.
- Assist with managing email templates within the CRM system.
- Assist agents with creating personalized templates and webpages through the CRM.
- Support agents in the execution of various marketing plan systems (sphere, open house, FSBO, etc.).
- Assist agents with ordering custom signage.
- Place monthly orders at both the office and agent level for postcards within the marketing materials management software.
In addition to supporting agents, the Local Support Lead will also support the office leadership in their efforts to maintain a productive office and grow the productivity of their agents.
Assisting with Events
- Assist the office manager with organizing events for training, meetings, and agent recognition.
- May include coordination of flyers, emails, and reminders to internal and external participants.
- Assist in creation and presentation of weekly sales meetings.
Reporting
- Run daily/weekly/monthly reports in transaction management systems and MLS.
- Report materials and postage used by agents to the accounting department.
- Run additional reports by request for management.
- Track attendance at agent meetings and trainings.
This role will interact with the central accounting department and regional transaction coordinators to facilitate payments to the agents and follow up on payments owed to the brokerage.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices, unpaid lease checks and check adjustments with title companies.
- Partner with the accounting department on any agent changes and collect billing information from agents.
- Monitor and process invoices and checks for the office.
- Work with accounting on check distribution to and from agents.
This role will work both independently and with various departments to keep the office running smoothly.
- Agent onboarding and offboarding from the office. Allocate or retrieve any company assets from entering and exiting agents. (keys, signs, lockboxes).
- Update phone rosters, printer/scanner directories, alarm systems, etc.
- Generate and maintain the "Opportunity Time Schedule."
- Manage and update agent shifts on the “Opportunity Time” calendar.
- Organize Office Property Tours.
- Collect information from agents on listings for property tours.
- Generate and distribute information and map sheets for office property tours.
- Receive and distribute office mail.
- Order and stock office supplies.
- Assign and track office signs and lockboxes.
- Answer phones, greet guests and assist agents with routine questions.
- Keep the office presentable for agents, staff, and guests.
This person will have and maintain a Texas real estate license.
Other duties as assigned
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
