Better Hearing is a locally owned, community-focused audiology practice serving Wenatchee and the surrounding areas. About the Role
We’re seeking an Audiologist who loves patient care, values long-term relationships, and is committed to evidence-based best practices. You’ll work with a tight-knit team focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences—from comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to ongoing hearing aid care and counseling.
What You’ll Do
- Perform complete diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults
- Recommend individualized treatment plans, including hearing aids and assistive technology
- Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements (REM)
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up care, counseling, and support
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with our front office and Better Hearing team for seamless patient care
- Educate patients and families on hearing health, device care, and long-term treatment options
- Support community outreach, patient education events, and local partnerships when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s in Audiology
- Washington State Audiology License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient-centered care
- Experience with hearing aid fitting, counseling, and verification
- Professional, friendly, and empathetic communicator
- Team-oriented with a drive to continuously learn and improve
