Better Health Pharmacy & Wellness is an independently owned community pharmacy serving Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Position Type
- Full-Time (approximately 30 hours per week) with benefits
- Part-Time (25–29 hours per week) also considered
Compensation
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

- Closed major holidays
Responsibilities
- Enter prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing issues
- Answer phones and assist patients professionally
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist pharmacists with daily workflow and prescription processing
- Manage inventory and medication ordering
- Support medication adherence and pharmacy service programs
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Experience with pharmacy software and third-party billing is a plus
