Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, remote role for an Independent Insurance Agent based in Tampa, FL. The Independent Insurance Agent will engage with clients to assess their coverage needs, provide expert advice on insurance options, and help secure suitable policies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, actively selling Medicare, health, and life insurance products, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves using an automated CRM to stay in touch with clients and maintain client data.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Proficiency in Insurance and Finance practices
- Strong background in providing excellent Customer Service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and expand a client portfolio
- Licensed to sell insurance products in the state of Florida (required) or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with Medicare and other health and life insurance products is a plus
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales technology
