Better Collision Centers in Charleston is hiring a Lot Coordinator / Detailer to deliver the final touch before every vehicle goes back to the customer. You are the last set of eyes on the car and the reason it leaves looking better than the customer expects.
The Work
- Detail vehicles inside and out after repairs are complete
- Inspect finished work. If the paint or repairs look off, flag it before delivery
- Pre-wash vehicles before they enter production
- Move and stage vehicles throughout the lot
- Keep the shop, lot, and customer areas clean and organized
- Support the team wherever needed
- A keen eye for detail. You see what others miss
- Pride in presentation and quality
- Reliable, hardworking, and ready to pitch in
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver's license required
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay, based on experience
- Paid weekly
- Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
