We’re growing and looking for a detail-oriented Grade Checker who brings precision, consistency, and a team-first mindset to the job site.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong understanding of grading and earthwork operations
- Skilled in reading grade stakes, plans, and elevations with precision
- Ability to interpret construction plans, cut/fill sheets, and site layouts
- Experience using grade checking tools (laser level, rover, tape, etc.)
- Communicates clearly with operators and supervisors to maintain grade accuracy
- Committed to safety, quality, and maintaining clean job sites
- Clean driving record required
- Experience with GPS-enabled equipment and grade control systems (a plus)

Location: Gilbert, AZ
Pay Range: $28 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, with occasional overtime
