About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated CT Supervisor to lead daily operations within a busy radiology department. This position oversees technologists and ensures delivery of high-quality imaging services in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
The CT Supervisor will balance clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities — performing procedures, mentoring staff, and contributing to departmental strategy, growth, and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise CT technologists and oversee daily workflow to ensure efficient and high-quality imaging services.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.
- Perform diagnostic CT exams and assist in complex or specialized imaging cases.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicists, and technologists to optimize imaging protocols.
- Monitor and maintain quality control, radiation safety, and equipment calibration.
- Assist leadership with budget development, policy creation, and long-term planning.
- Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students and technologists.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of a CAHEA/JRCT-accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
- Active ARRT or NMTCB certification, with advanced certification in CT.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive CT experience.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Must be willing to relocate to Vermont.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Imaging, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience in an academic or large hospital imaging environment.
