Job description:
We are a fun, rewarding and innovative small business in Frederick, CO in search of a Morning Part-Time Commercial Janitor in the Louisville area.
Your schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday for 2hrs 15min (MUST ARRIVE between 6:15AM-6:45AM)
Total Hours: 4.5hrs per week
Cleaning/Janitorial/Custodian Experience is a Plus, but not required. We will train the right person. We do provide all materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, equipment, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Light-duty cleaning consists of wiping surfaces, bathrooms, breakroom, emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
The building contains lab rooms and a floor scrubber is used.
Requirements
· Must be dependable and show to every shift
· Must be able to work independently
· Must be a quick learner with attention to detail.
· Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably.
