We are currently seeking a versatile, energetic, and integrity driven Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Operations team in our Burnsville, MN office. (This is an in-office Monday-Friday position. We do not have a hybrid schedule at this time).

Position Summary
The position provides a forum for counseling between consumers and businesses and provides resources for the general public to acquire basic consumer and business information.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing incoming complaints from general public
- Follow-up contact with consumers and/or businesses
- Processing of consumer reviews
- Perform file reviews on companies to track patterns of complaints as needed
- Data entry into organization system
Requirements
Experience, Skills and Abilities
- High School Diploma or completion of GED
- 1 year’s prior experience in an office setting with general office duties and responsibilities.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, easily heard, and understandable telephone voice.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to respond to e-mail inquiries using proper sentence structure, grammar, and language rules.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter, willing to take on additional assignments that may be outside of typical job duties.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with demonstrated capability in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bi-lingual skills will receive priority consideration.
Compensation & Benefit Information:
- Anticipated Starting Salary Range: ?$23-$25 per hour
- Please note that the pay range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and education.
