The Opportunity: Account Manager
We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing professional to join our Business Relations team. As an Account Manager, you’ll connect with eligible businesses across Iowa and help them understand the value of becoming a BBB Accredited Business. Your work directly strengthens the marketplace and supports businesses committed to ethical practices.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on conversation, enjoys helping others succeed, and wants the freedom to maximize their earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to 50–75 business owners daily using a mix of internal leads and your own sourcing
- Guide qualified businesses through the BBB Accreditation process
- Present the BBB mission and value at local events
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with business owners
- Achieve a goal of 12-16 accreditation applications per month

Requirements
· Sales and/or Business to Business experience
· Customer Service
· Standard Computer knowledge, Microsoft products including MS365/Teams
· Ability to commute to or relocate to Des Moines IA
· Valid driver's license
·Minimum of a high school diploma
