Front of House Crew Member – Dinner Shift – Guaranteed $19 /Hour
We’re hiring an outgoing, friendly, and energetic Front of House Crew Member for the dinner shift at our fast-casual restaurant in Liverpool.
Guaranteed minimum of $19/hour after tips. Base pay is $16/hour tips. If your base pay and earned tips average less than $19/hour, we make up the difference so you are guaranteed at least $19/hour.
Consistent Evening Schedule
3:30 PM–10:00 PM, every day except Wednesday.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide a welcoming experience
- Engage in friendly conversations with guests, answer questions, and make menu recommendations
- Manage the expo station, ensuring orders are accurate, properly packaged, and delivered efficiently
- Operate the register, handle cash, and process transactions when needed
- Multitask between guest service, expo, online orders, and other front-of-house responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, counter, and service area
- Keep stations stocked and prepared throughout the shift
- Stay productive and take initiative during slower periods
- Remain composed and provide excellent hospitality during busy dinner rushes
What We’re Looking For
