Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed/Master Plumber role is based in Parker, CO. The Licensed/Master Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment in residential and light commercial settings. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing preventive maintenance, completing code-compliant repairs, and ensuring systems meet safety and performance standards. The role also involves reading and interpreting blueprints or work orders, coordinating with HVAC technicians and other team members, documenting work performed, and maintaining tools and materials in good condition. The Licensed Master Plumber will interact directly with clients, explain findings and recommended solutions, and provide clear, respectful customer service throughout each service visit.
Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repair of residential and light commercial systems.
- Proficiency with pipe fitting, assembly, and repair, including cutting, threading, soldering, and joining various piping materials.
- Experience with maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive maintenance, system inspections, and timely resolution of service issues.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, set expectations, and provide professional, courteous service on-site.
- Active Master Plumber license in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain/transfer), with a strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work safely, follow company procedures, and use appropriate personal protective equipment and tools.
- Reliable transportation to job sites within the Parker, CO area and ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to perform field work, including lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in residential or light commercial service work is preferred; familiarity with HVAC-related systems is a plus.
