Better Built Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring a full-time, on-site Experienced HVAC Technician based in the Denver Metro area.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys helping customers. This role includes diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service and representing the Better Built brand professionally.

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups
- Install HVAC equipment and system components
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and vehicle
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Previous HVAC technician experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with HVAC service, repair and installations
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual and team-oriented
- Ability to lift equipment and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
- $25–$30 per hour based on experience
