Better Basements & Waterproofing has been experiencing MORE immediate and sustained growth.
We are looking for (2) more technicians to join our team immediately for long term employment!
All salesmen AND management started out as technicians. There is room for growth for the right candidate!
What?
We do basement and crawl space waterproofing. We are THE best waterproofing provider in the Portland-Metro and Eugene area.
This involves getting in dirty, dark, and usually cramped spaces to do hard labor.
- This is for a crawl space crew. Not a basement crew. There will be occasional basement work, but primarily far and wide is crawlspaces.
Duties
This is VERY hard and rewarding work. Those not addicted to hard rewarding should not apply.
- Install waterproofing systems, including drainage solutions and vapor barriers IN crawl spaces
- Execute fixture installation, including sump pumps and dehumidifiers, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Skills/Requirements
-Hard labor experience
-Willingness , strength, and ability to work in crawl spaces
-Smart phone
-Drivers license AND reliable transportation (Yard in Oregon City)
-18yo
Compensation
$1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days!
$22 - $29. After training is complete $26
80hrs PTO, 6 Sick days, Paid Holidays
