RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides high level customer service by building and retaining relationships
- Opens, maintains, and closes customer bank accounts
- Educates customers on identity fraud
- Assists with customer bank account inquiries or concerns
- Performs teller responsibilities
- Promotes and fosters teamwork
- Builds customer trust to understand their products/services needs, and provides solutions that will benefit them
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year previous teller/cashier
- Banking experience is preferred
