Full-Time Receptionist – Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram (Lockport, IL)
Are you an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Our busy Lockport showroom is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. Receptionists play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and guests.
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm

Occasional evening or Saturday availability may be required
What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in person and over the phone

Manage and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency

Accurately receipt and process customer payments

Perform data entry for inventory management

Prepare and distribute daily sales reports

Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
What We're Looking For:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Previous experience in customer service or reception required

Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent
