Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Location: Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Tinley Park & Lockport, IL
We're growing! Bettenhausen CDJR is expanding our Sales BDC team to administer and generate leads for 3 locations! We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded professionals to join our family-owned organization. What You'll Do
- Connect with customers and set/maintain appointments from our database.
- Follow up on leads promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with both sold and unsold customers.
- Track and update data accurately daily.
- Complete training quickly and apply it in your role.
- Represent the Bettenhausen culture with positivity, energy, and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone).
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior BDC or automotive experience is a preferred!
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Monthly bonuses.
- Full-time, 5 days per week.
- Some evenings and Saturdays required.
