Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience providing secretarial support in an educational setting
- Ability to greet and interact with staff, students, and the public courteously in person and by phone
- Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Proficiency in typing, word processing, and operating office equipment
- Ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
