Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must have valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa.
- Previous experience providing secretarial or administrative support
- A courteous, professional demeanor when greeting and assisting staff, students, and the public by phone and in person
- Proficiency in typing, word processing, and operation of standard office equipment
- The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks without direct supervision
